The York College of Pennsylvania/WellSpan Health Nurse Anesthetist Program and several of its students were recognized recently at the Pennsylvania Association of Nurse Anesthetists state conference.
- Senior Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist Derek Weit presented "Avoiding Vertigo: A Total Knee Revision In The Sitting Position."
- Senior Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist Grey Obregon received the Presidential Award as the Outstanding Student.
- The Program won the state college bowl competition...again!
The York College of Pennsylvania/WellSpan Health Nurse Anesthetist Program is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs. Graduates earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and are eligible to take the National Certification Examination administered by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
