York College’s Jeff Vermeulen Appointed to Pennsylvania Economy League Board of Directors

York College of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce that Jeff Vermeulen, Chief of Staff to the President at York College, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Economy League (PEL). This prestigious appointment recognizes Vermeulen’s leadership in higher education and his commitment to fostering economic development across the region.

As Chief of Staff at York College, Vermeulen plays a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s strategic initiatives. Since assuming the role in December 2023, he has been instrumental in strengthening the College’s relationships with government entities, community organizations, and industry partners. His efforts have supported key projects such as the development of Knowledge Park, which serves as a hub for innovation, workforce development, and collaboration between York College and local businesses.
